Nashville Parent University will be offering a half-day Be a Plus Parent seminar this Saturday, April 9, to discuss ways parents can help their children experience success in school and do well on the upcoming TCAP tests. In addition to Testing and School Readiness, families can choose from a variety of other workshop topics, including Bullying, Health & Wellness.

This seminar will be held at Glencliff High School, 160 Antioch Pike, Nashville. Registration will begin at 8 a.m. The general session is expected to start at around 8:30 a.m. in the school auditorium, and then parents will go to different rooms to attend the workshop of their choice. The program  is expected to conclude by 12:30 p.m. We will provide a light breakfast, door prizes, and certificates for participants. Childcare will also be available for children over 3 years old at no cost..Tennessee First Lady, Mrs. Crissy Haslam, will be among our guest speakers.
