Through its committees and work teams, Nashville’s ASSET is specifically designed to be driven by MNPS teachers and leaders. National experts, who bring perspectives in human capital systems, alternative routes, and leadership issues, also have a seat at the table, through a Coordinating Committee, which dovetails into the Work Teams and Project Teams.
