We are a group of educators and business professionals in the Nashville area who have many years of experience working with young adults. Our mission is to enable youth of diverse backgrounds to convert high potential into high achievement through workforce development and/or post secondary education mentoring. After much research, we discovered that many teens between the ages of 16-18 lack the necessary skills needed for academic and professional success. While schools are racing to the top to improve test scores, we believe that it is equally as important to succeed in the race of life. We developed this institute for many reasons, but most importantly for students to sharpen their skills in the areas that matter most for lifetime success. - LEARN MORE
